Signature dishes have been inspired by the Greek and local gastronomy, and developed to represent the high quality products that the island has to offer! Guests with discerning palates are welcome to experience the Skyrian taste, with respect to tradition and a twist of modern refinement.
Taste ‘tiropitaria’ (traditional pie) served with tomato marmalade, barley rusk with cherry tomato and soft skyrian cheese, lamb cooked with inspiration and a lot of other tasteful surprises.
We also prepare special orders for you, cooked with local products, such as ‘fava’ with caramelized onions, fish soup with local fresh fish or eggplant with fresh tomato and feta cheese.
